Every corner of a building has a job.
Vastu divides a plan into sixteen segments of 22.5 degrees, measured from true north. Each carries an element and a characteristic failure. Hover any of them.
Most properties we assess have between three and six zones working against their occupants, not sixteen. The work is precise rather than wholesale.

What is Vastu Shastra?
Vastu Shastra is a classical Indian system of spatial design that assigns a distinct quality to each of sixteen compass directions within a building.
How it works
It maps a floor plan against those sixteen zones and identifies where a room’s function contradicts the quality of the zone it sits in. A kitchen in the north-east, a heavy store in the north, a bedroom over a stairwell: each is a mismatch between activity and orientation.
What changes
You get a correction plan you can act on. The overwhelming majority of corrections are achieved through placement, colour, material and light, not construction.
How does Vastu Shastra balance directional energy without demolition?
Directional balance is restored by changing what occupies a zone, not by changing where the walls are.
How it works
Each of the sixteen zones responds to weight, colour, material and activity. A north-east weighed down by storage is corrected by clearing it and returning light to it. A south-west that feels unstable is corrected by adding mass.
What changes
A full remediation plan is delivered as a schedule of moves, swaps and additions. Structural work is a last resort, and we say so plainly when it is the only honest answer.

What we will not do
- We will not tell you your home is cursed. It is a building with an orientation.
- We will not recommend demolition to justify a fee. Structural change is the last option on our list, not the first.
- We will not make medical claims, and we will not ask you to step away from medical care. If something you describe sounds clinical, we will say so and suggest you speak to a doctor.
- We will not sell you an object you do not need. The catalogue exists to serve the plan, not the other way round.
